Chase Gin: “Helping Hand”
30ml Williams GB Gin
15ml Chase Rhubarb Vodka
12.5ml Fresh Lemon Juice
12.5ml Sugar Syrup
BUILD all ingredients to a tall glass filled with cubed ice, briefly stir. Garnish with a fresh lemon half-moon.
Chase Gin: “Pink grapefruit and basil sour”
50ml Williams Pink Grapefruit Gin
3-4 leaves of Fresh basil
12.5ml Fresh lemon juice
12.5ml Sugar syrup
20ml Egg white
shake without ice, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe. Garnish with fresh basil leaf and a pink grapefruit twist.
Chase Gin: “Lavender and cucumber old fashioned”
This twist on a classic is bound to brighten up your January!
60ml Williams Elegant 48 Gin
10ml of lavender sugar
A small pinch of salt
A quarter of a muddled cucumber
5 drops of London society cocktail bitters
Muddle the cucumber salt and lavender sugar in a tumbler before adding ice and pouring in the gin and bitters. Stir and serve with a sprig of lavender.
Chase Gin: “The fiery dragon”
50ml Williams Seville Orange Gin
50ml Fresh Mandarin Juice
Fresh Lime Juice 10ml
Simple Syrup 5ml
Fresh Ginger Syrup
Method: Shake and Strain. Serve in a frozen Coupette Glass. Garnish with a Mandarin Twist and a pinch of ground Cinnamon. Gong Xi Fa Cai to all celebrating Chinese New Year!
